Listening to your ipod while riding your bike is not only dangerous but also against the law. Not wanting to chance a ticket, or a serious accident (and I have had my share. . . of accidents), I decided to try this product out . . I AM GLAD I DID. It is light weight (about 8 ounces with batteries) and surprisingly loud. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not have an external on/off switch or volume control. You have to unzip the case, locate the small switch underneath the unit, and shut it off, or you have to remove your iphone and pause the music. Either way it really is cumbersome especially while wearing full fingered gloves. . . . Other than that I LOVE IT! The 3 AAA batteries last about 10 hours with my music full blast. The music quality is EXCELLENT and the unit easily attaches to my stem with the rubber o-ring type holders that came with it. Best of all my iphone sits perfectly safe inside the snug mesh holder safe and sound.

I have had multiple surgeries on my neck. So I have a 4 wheel bike. The speaker is behind my neck. It’s perfect for me. GREAT PRODUCT…glad they made it !!! Many thanks, Dr. John

I stick my Samsung Sansa Fuze+ inside, que up a long playlist, and ride. The speakers are average little mobile computer speakers, but the weatherproof pouch is what makes it awesome. I don’t have to worry about damaging my Fuze+ with this pouch.
